- What are your Payment options available?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card. We currently support VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro.
We additionnaly offer support for Klarna Pay Later, Klarna Pay Now and Klarna Slice It.
You can chose these payment methods at checkout.
- Which currency will I be charged in?
We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: SEK and EUR.
If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in SEK or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.
- What is your standard delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 4-8 weeks. This is because all of our products that are ordered are being sent straight to production. We do keep stock on some of our products. If you have a question about the stock value of a particular product, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or from our contact page.
- How much do you charge for delivery?
Shipping is always free!
- What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to all of EU. To see a list of all EU countries, please go here: Countries in the EU.
- Can I change my order after I have placed it?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

- I want to change my shipping address, what do I do?
- How can I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.
- Can I buy other products than the ones shown in the webshop?
- Do you offer your products in different sizes/fabric than the ones shown in the webshop?
Yes! The possibilities are most often endless. We can customize absorbers to size and we have a wide set of different fabrics. Feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or from our contact page and we can give you a specific quote.
- I have questions about a given product. To whom do I direct my questions?
- Can I return my product(s)?
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com or from our contact page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Can I return my products at all times?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- How long will it take to receive my refund?
Approximately 5–10 business days. Although we submit any refund to your bank immediately, your bank must still process the refund and apply it to your account. Processing time can vary between banks.
- I did not receive a confirmation email?
Please make sure to check your spam folder. Your confirmation will be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you can not find it in your spam folder, please search your inbox for e-mails from email@example.com. If you still are unable to find it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or from our contact page.
